Heywood Engineering, Inc. is a firm which specializes in the design and integration of complex control, automation, motion, audio/visual, multi-media, CCTV, lighting, communications and motor drive systems in the Amusement, Entertainment, Production, Recreation, Resort, and Transportation industries.

With the recent interest in Renewable Engergy and "Green" Technologies we have expanded our services to include the design and integration of small and medium scale on-site power generation systems using wind, solar and microhydro technologies for municipal, business and residentual energy users.  We work with both "Grid Connected" and fully "Off-Grid" systems using single-source or hybrid designs. 

 

Our facilities include a full service UL508 listed panel shop.  We provide custom control panel fabrication for both "in-house" projects as well as contract manufacturing.  We can provide consulting and advice on how to make your system or design UL508 compliant. 

 

We cover the entire US and Canada and provide a wide range of services to our clients. 

 

All design and engineering work performed at Heywood Engineering, Inc. is done under the direction and supervision of a licensed professional engineer (PE).
